Haas is a fourth generation pastry chef who is the Executive Pastry chef at one of my favourite fancy restaurants, Diva at the Met. His skills there are unsurpassed and at his Patisserie in North Vancouver you get access to a wide range of high quality confections: chocolates perfumed with fine BC wine, oak barrel aged maple syrup, fresh citrus zest, organic herbs and spices and cakes and pastries decorated with Fraser Valley hazelnuts, berries, Okanagan fruits and infused with fresh roasted coffee and liqueurs.
